Team
Karen
Karen is the owner/founder of Grove and Kane. She is a Licensed Master Esthetician, Licensed Instructor and is a graduate of The Stern School of Business at New York University.
Outside of the treatment room, Karen specializes in educating skincare professionals internationally with an emphasis on skin biology.
After 10 years as a Clinical Educator for PCA Skin (and later EltaMD), Karen has embarked on a new path as the host of the Skincare Deep Dive Podcast and founder of Rain Market Skincare. Learn more at www.rainmarketskincare.com.
Katrina
Katrina is Grove and Kane’s Lead Esthetician, a Licensed Master Esthetician and a graduate of The University of Washington. In her spare time, she likes to stay active by working out at the gym and also chasing after her adorable sons!
Her favorite products are Intensive Clarity Retinol, C&E Advanced and Revitalash serum, and she loves to do microneedling services!
Carolina
As a Licensed Master Esthetician and NCEA Certified professional, she specializes in acne, corrective skincare, and treatments targeting aging, pigmentation, and redness.
She offers personalized treatments, including microneedling and laser, to help clients feel confident in their skin. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family, and her favorite season is spooky season — Halloween!
Sofie
Sofie loves makeup artistry, working out, and spending time with her family--including her identical twin!
Her favorite treatment at Grove and Kane is the seasonal Advanced Hydration Treatment, but she also loves perfecting brows, and her favorite ingredient is Mandelic Acid!
Sarah
Sarah is a Licensed Master Esthetician and NCEA Certified professional, the highest voluntary credential in U.S. skincare.
She loves the science behind skin and take a practical, evidence-based approach to helping women navigate aging skin.
Her focus is on results through personalized skincare and targeted treatments like microneedling, professional peels, and advanced laser therapy.
Outside the treatment room, she’s a mom of three and proud Grammy to one!
