What to Expect During Treatment

Microneedling is a gentle yet effective procedure:

• Session Time: Approximately 60 minutes, including consultation and numbing agent administration.

Microneedling Aftercare

After your session, your skin may appear pink or feel slightly sensitive, similar to a mild sunburn. These effects typically resolve within 24 to 72 hours. Aftercare includes:

First 24 hours: 

• Do not wash your face tonight or tomorrow morning

• If necessary, you may rinse with tepid water tomorrow morning. Apply Lift HG Glide Gel with clean hands as needed to soothe dry, tight skin.

• Use alcohol wipes to sanitize your phone & glasses

• Wash your pillowcases and towels

• Avoid makeup

• Avoid activities that induce sweating, such as working out or using a sauna.

• Stay out of direct sun exposure.

• Keep your hands and hair away from your face to prevent contamination and irritation

24-72 hours post-treatment: 

• Wash morning and evening using only approved gentle cleanser, moisturizer, and SPF (am)

• Avoid makeup

• Refrain from activities that cause sweating, such as exercise or using a sauna.

• Avoid direct sun exposure.

72+ hours post-treatment: 

You may resume your regular daily routine, including makeup application, the use of active ingredients like retinol and vitamin C serums, and workouts. However, avoid sun exposure for at least two weeks after treatment (wear hats and reapply sunscreen)
